Cancellation Policies -

Direct bookings (via our website, email or phone) - Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We accept changes or cancellation free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Within 7 days of arrival any changes or cancellation will incure a a fee of 100% of the booking cost.

External bookings (via channels such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia) - Please read the terms, conditions and policy provided on their website and emailed to you at the time of booking.
